"You see where this is going. Rather than relieving stress, the push to perform more and more tasks for Jesus in order to make him happy with us can lead us right into the stress we're trying to avoid."
The eleventh year of The Lazarus Experiment started on April 12, Easter Sunday. The Experiment asks what it means to have new life because of Jesus. It's a group of people who will spend forty days doing intentional, willful things that spring from the truth that, through Jesus, "all things have become new!"
Here's an article I wrote for Plain Truth Magazine a few years ago which describes The Lazarus Experiment: What Would Lazarus Do?

Are you feeling the dogs at your heels?
My latest article for CWR, The Dogs of Legalism, is available online. If you're stressed or stressed out, you'll want to read it. (You may want to read it even if you're not stressed - you know, just in case).
